All a45ph players must be at least 21 years old, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.

Each player may hold only one a45ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and a45ph ("a45ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the a45ph online gaming platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the a45ph website at a45ph.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by a45ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
To register and use the a45ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: a45ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending document submission.
By registering an a45ph account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) a45ph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. a45ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. a45ph is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a45ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must:
3.4 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your a45ph account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. a45ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). a45ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. a45ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods only:
Not Accepted: a45ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at a45ph is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your a45ph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. a45ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the a45ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.
4.5 Deposit Limits. a45ph may impose deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through their account settings. Voluntary limits, once set, cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals from a45ph are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are available via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at a45ph is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Processing Times. a45ph aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
5.4 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. a45ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and is not discretionary.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. a45ph may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard. Players with VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits subject to separate terms.
5.6 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
Note: a45ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by a45ph are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your a45ph account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details at the time of opt-in.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. a45ph reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates.
6.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. a45ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the a45ph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All a45ph casino games that use random outcomes employ certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers and are not subject to RNG systems.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, a45ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. a45ph is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with a45ph support within 72 hours of the disputed event. a45ph will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of a45ph's compliance team is final in all game disputes, subject to applicable regulatory review.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on the a45ph platform has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. a45ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a45ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 Termination by Player. You may close your a45ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
10.2 Termination by a45ph. a45ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, a45ph reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any balances associated with prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned subject to applicable legal holds and regulatory requirements.
11.1 Platform Availability. a45ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond a45ph's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.
11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a45ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a45ph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusions. a45ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the a45ph platform, even if a45ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Third-Party Services. a45ph is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers whose services are used in connection with the a45ph platform.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Regulatory Oversight. a45ph operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by a45ph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
12.3 Dispute Resolution Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with a45ph informally by contacting our support team. a45ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice of the complaint.
12.4 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal process described above.
a45ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a45ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the a45ph platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account before the changes take effect.
